Symptoms

In XenDesktop, if you disconnect and reconnect from the same client machine, windows and their positions should remain the same. Sometimes when reconnecting from the same end point the windows can move onto the primary monitor.

The following registry value is removed after the XenDesktop Virtual Desktop Agent is uninstalled:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\ LoadAppInit_DLLs

Cause

The XenDesktop Virtual Desktop Agent uninstaller removes this key as part of the uninstallation process.
