How to install the AWS CLI though the command line

You can run the msiexec command to run the MSI installer.

Download and run the AWS CLI MSI installer for Windows (64-bit):

If you are trying to run commands through PowerShell, be sure to add the snap-in:

Add-pssnapin AWS*

or

asnp AWS*
